This site is published by CDQC Holdings, a North Carolina company. “We” and “us” below mean that company. “You” means anyone reading the site.
What the figures are, and what they are not
Every figure here is a count our software took from a dealer’s own public web page on a stated date. It is provided as it stands. It can be out of date the moment after we read it, and on a rolling schedule it often is: nothing on this site is live. The date printed beside a figure is part of the figure, and quoting one without it changes what it says.
Our reader can also get a page wrong. We say where that can happen on how we measure, and we would rather you checked a number against the dealer’s own page than took ours on trust.
This is not advice
Nothing here is advice about buying, pricing, financing or insuring a vehicle. It is not an appraisal, not an inspection and not a recommendation. We have not seen any of these machines. What you decide to do with a number from this site is your decision, taken with the dealer’s own page and your own eyes.
We are not part of the deal
We sell nothing, hold no inventory, take no deposits and process no payments. Any purchase is between you and the dealer, on their terms, at the price they quote you on the day. Prices, availability and listings change, and a listing we counted may be gone before you call.
Links to other sites
We link out to dealers’ own websites, and in places to companies whose links pay us, which are marked where you meet them and set out on how we are paid. We do not control any of those sites, what they publish, what they charge or how they treat your information. A link is a way to go and look, not an endorsement.
Corrections
If a figure here is wrong, tell us and we will look at the page again. It is free, it is free for everyone including the dealer, and it always will be. There is no paid placement, no paid removal and no paid response on this site. Send it to [email protected], or read what helps us fix it quickly.
We do not take pages down on request, because every figure is a count of pages a dealer chose to publish publicly, with the date we read them. We correct them instead, as often as they need it.
Using this site
Read it, link to it, and quote a figure with its date and a link back. That is what it is for.
What we ask you not to do: copy the site wholesale, or extract its figures in bulk, in order to build a database or a service that competes with it; or interfere with the site, try to get at anything that is not published on it, or place enough load on it to make it slow or unavailable for other people. If you want a large amount of this data for something, ask us first.
Names that are not ours
Vehicle model names, brand names and dealer names appear here only to say which listing we counted. They belong to their owners. Nothing on this site implies any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from any manufacturer, dealer or dealer group.
What we are answerable for
This site is free to read and is offered as it stands, with no warranty that any figure is current or free of error. If we have published something wrong, the remedy we offer is that we go back to the page, correct it, and show the new date — and we offer that to anyone, at no cost. Beyond that we are not liable for decisions taken using this site, for what a dealer or a third party does, or for losses arising from either.
Changes
We may change the site, add or remove pages, or change these terms. When the terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Carrying on using the site after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in North Carolina.
