Who we are
Listed Since is published by CDQC Holdings, a North Carolina company. More about the site.
If a figure on this site is wrong
That is the message we most want. You do not have to be the dealer, and you do not have to say who you are. Four things make it quick to check:
- The link to the page on this site.
- The figure you think is wrong.
- What you believe it should be.
- A link to the page on the dealer’s own website that shows it, if there is one. That is the page we go and read.
Please do not send inventory files, records or anything private. We do not want them and we could not publish a figure that came from one: everything here has to be checkable by a stranger reading a public page. What happens after you send one sets out each step.
Other reasons to write
- You are a dealer and want to understand a page about you. Ask. We will tell you which page we read, on what date, and what the check was. There is nothing for you to buy and no account to open.
- Something on the site is broken — a link, a page that will not load, a table that reads wrongly on a phone.
- Press, or a question about the method. How we measure answers most of it in more detail than an email would.
- Advertising, affiliate or partnership enquiries. Read how we are paid first: no dealer, and no company that sells to dealers, can pay us for anything, and nothing about what we publish is for sale.
- A legal notice. Send it to the same address. If it concerns a figure, tell us which page and which figure, and we will read the source page again while we look at the notice.
When you will hear back
We cannot promise a turnaround time, and we are not going to invent one. This is a small operation, dealers are re-read on a rolling schedule rather than on demand, and a promise we might not keep would be worse than no promise. What we can say is that corrections are read before anything else that arrives, and that we answer even when the answer is that the page said what we printed on the date we read it.
If a week goes by with nothing from us, send it again. Mail does get lost.
