Who this is for
Anyone. A dealer whose page here is wrong, a buyer who spotted something that does not match what they saw, or somebody who thinks a listing was counted twice. You do not have to be the dealer to send a correction, and you do not have to say who you are.
What helps us fix it quickly
- The link to the page on this site.
- The figure you think is wrong, and what it should be.
- A link to the page on your own website that shows it, if there is one. That is what we go and read.
You do not need to send us records, inventory files or anything private. We do not want them, and we would not publish a figure that came from one, because everything on this site has to be checkable by a stranger reading your public pages.
What happens next

We read the page again.
The figure came from a specific page on a specific date. We go back to it.

If our reading was wrong, the figure changes.
The page then shows the new figure with the new date, the same as any other measurement.

If our reading matches the page, we say so and tell you what we saw.
Sometimes the answer is that the page said something different on the date we read it. Sites change, and that is a legitimate answer rather than a dispute.
We cannot promise a turnaround time. This is a small operation and saying otherwise would be a promise we might not keep.
Taking a page down
Every figure on this site is a count of pages a dealer chose to publish publicly, with the date we read them, so we do not remove pages on request. We do correct them, for free, as often as they need it. If a dealer stops publishing inventory publicly, there is nothing left for us to count and the figures stop.
