2026 Yamaha YZ250 70th Anniversary Edition

What 14 dealers are asking for the same machine. If you are standing in front of one with a number on the tag, this is the page that says whether that number is an ordinary number.

Read from 14 dealers' own inventory pages across 15 listings, as our copy of those pages stood on 16 October 2026. Each dealer's page carries the date we last read them.

The spread

Half of the 15 listings we read ask between $7,799 and $8,299, and the middle of them is $7,999, on 16 October 2026. The cheapest quarter and the dearest quarter sit off each end of the bar.

median $7,999 bar spans $7,799 to $8,299

$7,999

The middle asking price on 16 October 2026

Taken across all 15 listings from 14 dealers, as their pages stood in our copy on 16 October 2026. It is the middle of what is being asked, not what anyone paid.

$500

Between the two ends of the bar

$7,799 at one end and $8,299 at the other, on 16 October 2026, for the same year, make and model. A gap that size is usually freight, assembly and what is bolted to the machine rather than the machine itself — which is exactly the thing to ask about at the counter.

$8,299

The middle MSRP printed beside those prices

Where a dealer's own listing printed an MSRP as well as a price on 16 October 2026, the middle of those MSRP figures was $8,299. We copy that number off the page; we do not check it against the manufacturer.

States these listings come from

AL, ID, LA, MA, MI, NH, NY, OH, TN — as read on 16 October 2026. Freight is a real cost and a distant listing is not the same offer as a local one, so the spread above mixes markets on purpose and should be read that way.

Every listing we read, cheapest first

15 listings from 14 dealers, as published on their own websites and read into our copy by 16 October 2026. At most two per dealer: one dealer with nine of the same model is one opinion about price, not nine.

Every figure in this table is a price a dealer printed on their own public website, copied on the date above. We do not check it against anything and it may have changed since. Corrections are free.

These are asking prices, not sale prices

Every number on this page is what a dealer published on their own website as of 16 October 2026. None of them is what anybody paid. We hold no sold figures at all, we have no access to any, and no line here should be read as "this model sells for X" — the number that matters is settled on paper at a desk, and that paper is the only place it lives.

An advertised price is also the number before freight, assembly, documentary and any other charge, and dealers differ on which of those they put on the page. Two listings the same distance from the median can be very different offers by the time you sign. How we measure.

The table shows at most two listings per dealer, so the number of rows is not the size of the market. The median and the ends of the bar are built from all 15 listings we read, from 14 separate rooftops.
